How to set up a Google+ Account

1.  Go to

2.  Click +You in the upper left corner of the screen.

3.  On the upper right section of the screen it says:

“Join Google+”,

“Sign in with your Google Account”,

“Sign In”,

“You need a Google Account to join Google+. Don’t have one?”

Create an account

Click “Create an account

4.  On this page enter your:

  • First and last name
  • choose a user name( can consist of letters, numbers and periods)
  • Next, create a password and confirm the password
  • You can also enter your birthday, gender, and mobile number, and an alternate email.
  • “Prove you’re not a robot” and enter the text that is displayed.
  • Choose your location (Country or territory of residence)
  • Click the check box next to “I agree to the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”
  • You can check or un-check “Google may use my account to personalize +1s on content and ads on non-Google Websites.”
  • Then click next step.

5.  Next you can upload your photo

6.  Click continue to Google+.

7.  You can find friends on Google+ by connecting it with your contacts on Yahoo! Or Hotmail.

  • You can also search for people by name.

8.  Next add additional profile information:

  • School you attended
  • The year you graduated
  • Where you work and job title
  • Where you live, city or country

9.  Then click Finish

10. Now add Us to your circles:
