Typo
When my upline sent in my initial contract with NAA, she inadvertently used a lower case letter on my last name. Now – everything that pre-fills on the NAA website (i.e. all the carrier contracts) uses this incorrectly typed way. I tried to go in and edit both through Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but it automatically reverts back to the lowercase letter. Will I forever be known as the agent who couldn’t capitalize their last name??
This has been corrected in our system. Unfortunately the contracts have been signed and submitted so the change will not be on your contracts. This is only cosmetic it will not affect your contracting process. When you changed it on the contracts the system does not recognize the difference between upper and lower case letters.
