If you are a presidents club member you can use your credits to download the mp3.
If you are looking for a particular call you can do a search by name or date or title in NAATV.

There were several free mp3’s last week I think under the training tab, but I can’t them now. There were several agents talking about how they made calls to set appointments and the presentation and taking of the application. Wanted to play them again to take notes/
Go to NAAtv under the training tab, select product training. There you should be able to find what you are looking for.
